What is the return policy of shop4shops.in?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from shop4shops.in due to ANY reason, you can return the product to us. Such problem has to be notified to us within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the merchandise by an email to [email protected] or WhatsApp to +919842211114

*** You will almost always never find a quality issue. But if you do (within 30 days), we would be glad to refund for the same once the defective garment is received in our warehouse address mentioned below

The return garments need be packed properly as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, buttons, laces, etc.). Worn or damaged articles will not be accepted. Shipping the goods back to our address is your responsibility. The tax incurred will be refunded only if a return invoice is raised by the customer to us. And such customer should have a valid GST number. The cost of returning the goods to be borne by the customer

Damages during return transit will not be paid for.

Refunds:

1. When will I get the refund?

The refund will be processed within 7 days from the time the returned product is received in our warehouse. You may follow up by whatsapp messaging to +919843017430 or email [email protected]

2. In what form will I get the refund?

If you return is on account of quality issue, then we refund through Google Pay or Bank account transfer.
On the other hand if your return is because you were not satisfied with our product then we will be issuing you a coupon for the value of the goods you returned. The coupon can be used for subsequent purchase
